Overview:
Successful, working relationships between people are critical to any organization’s success. Too often, however, people avoid those hard to have conversations - hindering an organization's ability to optimize its resources and effectively engage internally. We help individuals to identify ways they contribute to the problem, and give them the communication tools they need to effectively confront the situation and resolve it.

Approach:
These one-to-three day programs address interpersonal roadblocks that can hinder an organization's ability to optimize its resources and effectively engage internally. The program includes one-on-one coaching, and the opportunity for participants to practice their new skills in a safe and interactive environment.
This can include engaging in relational skills such as mutual inquiry, peer coaching, being collaborative in challenging relationships, and conflict styles awareness within the program's peer group of participants.
Setting:
These trainings can be delivered on-site at your organization or in an off-site, retreat venue of your choice.
