Training Overview:
The 2010 Signature Leadership Program will occur August-November and is highlighted by an expedition in the Italian Dolomites (August 30th-September 4th). The program integrates peer engagement, individualized coaching, feedback/assessment work, and targeted application of learning to ensure real and lasting change.

- Session 1: Saturday, August 14th (9:30am-4:30pm)
- Session 2: Monday, August 16th (10am-5pm)
- Session 3: Wednesday, 18th (5:30pm-9:30pm)
- Italian Dolomites Expedition: August 30th-September 4th
- Session 4: Sunday, October 10th (5:00pm-8:00pm)
Cost: $3500.00 (does not include travel costs to and from Italy)

The Signature Leadership Program expedition takes place against the backdrop of Italian Alps in the Dolomites.
The striking landscape will envelop you in its beauty and unique character as you hike at an easy pace along the trails.
The region is served by "Rifugi" huts, which are more like big lodges with first-rate, comfortable accommodations and great
food. You can see the hiking lodge we stay at here. The soundtrack to the hike has
moments of pure peace and quiet and then, in the distance, one will hear the sound of cow bells clinking together.
There are times when the mountains and terrain can seem so vast that it is challenging to capture it in photos, but we think
we might have been able to get close in these slide shows from past expeditions. Please take a look and we look forward to
