Teambuilding - Because it Matters

Objective:
Team cohesion and collaborative ability.

Overview:
Team building creates alignment and interpersonal connection among the course participants.  Playing, having fun, and facing adversity together on team challenges, strengthens bonds and builds trust between team members.  By looking at leadership styles and organizational systems - and how both affect team behavior, participants are given the opportunity to reflect and identify their own leadership attributes.  Key elements include decision making, leadership styles, trust building, communication, developing interpersonal relationships and overall enhancement of team functioning.

Outcomes can include:
  • Jump-starting newly formed teams
  • Increasing team affiliation and efficiency
  • Developing individual leadership capacities
  • Accelerating cross-functional communication among departments
  • Resolving chronic departmental conflict
  • Maximizing employee engagement

Approach:
Through a series of highly effective proven team challenges held during one or more days, participants openly explore, discuss, and develop the components of effective relationships, leadership, and teamwork in a novel setting and at levels that suit individual needs.

Setting:
Team & Leaders Challenge Course, located 25 minutes north of downtown Seattle.

Options:
Many of our team challenges are portable and can be delivered on-site at your organization or in an off-site, retreat venue of your choice.
