Invest in your Organizational Talent to Make a Difference in the World
The next level of leadership
Vital Leader Overview
Offered as an open-enrollment program, the Vital Leader experience begins with the creation of a small cohort of high-potential individuals. In doing so, Teams & Leaders will support a diverse pool of organizations in the identification and sponsorship of their top talent. The cohort will then embark upon a series of integrated leadership trainings spread across 3 months that will challenge participants to unlock their leadership potential. The experience will inspire a new level of performance in the participant that will immediately resonate throughout his or her organization.
The program is highlighted by a Capstone Project with Habitat for Humanity. The Capstone Project is designed to take leadership development beyond the bounds of the usual classroom setting and challenge participants on multiple levels. At the onset of the program, the cohort will engage with Habitat's leadership to identify a concrete and significant leadership project that will promote and extend the critical work of Habitat. This unique aspect of the program is an opportunity for the cohort to individually and collectively apply their learning to the complexity of a real initiative that will serve the community.
