It is here! Our Advanced Emotional Intelligence workshop for participants who have taken our 1 or 2-day Leading with Emotional Intelligence workshop.

In this workshop, we will continue to look at developing self-awareness, the cornerstone of EQ, while also diving further into topics such as empathy, coaching, and relationship-management. The intensive 2-days will focus on putting skills into practice where participants will be receiving coaching and immediate feedback through interactive exercises.

The workshop will emphasize increasing our capacity to manage emotions in challenging encounters, instead of them managing us, and look at communicating and listening effectively in moments of stress. We will also identify those patterns that might be holding us back from being as effective as we want to be and increasing empathy levels.

This workshop is for participants who want to capitalize on their first experience in our EQ training, experience a more challenging curriculum and explore deeper elements of EQ. It is also an opportunity to brush up on your EQ – maybe you have taken our first EQ in the past and your current practice has not been as consistent as you would like it to be – and you are looking to further develop or waken-up your skills.
